A Client Liaison will come to your bedside at the time of admission to obtain and verify all information required such as insurance, next-of-kin, and will explain all admitting and billing processes. Please note that a policy implemented March 1, 1998, by the Ministry of Health requires the hospital to validate the health number of each patient we treat. Therefore we require your card at the time of admission.
