Television rental services are provided by Hospitality Network. To order a television, fill in a patient order form located at the Hospitality Network display stand on each patient floor and return it to the secure lock box. A Customer Service Representatives will visit you between 2:00pm and 8:00 p.m. daily. You may also contact a Hospitality Network Customer Service Representative by dialing 905-883-1212 Ext. 7171. Payment is due upon activation and renewal. Hospitality Network accepts cash, cheque (with ID), VISA, and MasterCard.

Television rental pricing is as follows:

Basic TV -  $8.00 per day

Premium TV -  $10.00 per day

Special rates are available for long term patients

All television service orders have a one-time administration fee of $5.00, which includes a headset.
